Founded in 2008, Weavintima is a specialized manufacturer of bras and lingerie located in Chendian Town, Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province, China. With years of production experience, the company currently operates two manufacturing facilities with a total production area of approximately 35,000 square meters, employing 400 staff members and operating more than 300 pieces of production equipment. Weavintima primarily manufactures bras, panties, wireless bras, sports bras, nursing bras, seamless lingerie, knit lingerie, gel-padded bras, and loungewear, and provides OEM and private label manufacturing services for overseas brands. The factory possesses a complete bra production capability, covering all stages from product development, prototyping, pattern making, fabric cutting, cup molding, sewing, pressing, quality inspection, to packaging. The factory is equipped with Lectra automatic cutting machines from France, as well as production equipment such as Zigzag, Bartack, and Single Needle machines from Japan, to meet the production requirements of various bra products. Weavintima has a monthly production capacity of approximately 1,000,000 bras and panties and possesses a complete supply chain capability spanning from product development to mass production. The factory implements IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC quality control processes and conducts 100% inspections prior to shipment to ensure products meet customer quality requirements. As an export-oriented bra manufacturer, Weavintima has long provided OEM, private label, and custom manufacturing services to overseas clients, with products exported to various international markets. We can customize production according to clients’ design, fabric, sizing, craftsmanship, and packaging requirements, and schedule sample development and mass production based on the brand’s order plans.
