Factory introductions are free on every plan. If you want the full PLM, line sheets your buyers order from, 2 monthly brief boosts, a spot at monthly Office Hours, and a 🚀 Pro-Studio badge, upgrade to Pro-Studio anytime — 14 days free, then $99/month (or $990/year).
Yes. Line Sheets is free to start: publish unlimited products and your first order is free. After that, new orders still come in and $59/month or $490/year unlocks them, with unlimited orders, one ordering link for any buyer, orders to your inbox and dashboard, and a public wholesale listing. It doesn't include tech packs, sampling or costing. Upgrade to Pro-Studio anytime and your Line Sheets plan cancels automatically.
Your directory listing is free, always, and brands contact you directly with no bidding fees or commission. You can also run your first client in Runsheet free, end to end: their portal, styles, sampling rounds with your factories and approvals. When you take on a second client, Pro-Studio ($99/month, or $990/year) runs every client and adds proposals, invoicing and 20 tech pack drafts a month. Studios with a team can choose Team ($299/month) for 10 seats. Downgrading never deletes your work.

Each job holds 2–90 Tokens when you bid, depending on project size, and you only pay when the intro happens — declined or unanswered bids get their Tokens back. Tokens never expire and roll over month to month. New factory members get 3 free Tokens to start, enough to bid on your first 2–3 jobs.
Yes — about new product features and platform offerings, new factories added to our directory, or something relevant to your production needs. We don't spam. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
Head to our List Your Factory page to claim your profile. New factories are free for 90 days — or until we connect you with your first brand or you win your first job, whichever comes first — with a card saved at setup and $0 charged today. Then $200/month (or $1,800/year, saving 25%).
Factory Studio is the factory version of the Runsheet dashboard: your brands as clients, production orders by step, costing and margin by brand, weekly capacity, deposit and balance invoicing, a file library and saved vendors. It is included with Factory Membership at no extra cost, so it’s free during your first 90 days too. Try the sandbox.
Any Runsheet membership — Pro-Studio or Factory — can be canceled anytime through the membership portal (enter the email you signed up with), from your dashboard's Billing section, or by emailing info@runsheet.tech. Nothing is ever charged during a free period. If you cancel: your profile reverts to an unclaimed listing, and your reviews — including any responses you've published — stay live, because reviews are the community's record, not a paid feature.
